В 2020 году я написал робота, который закрывал за меня клиентские валютные сделки на Мосбирже. Схема оценки рынка у него была, прямо скажем, наивная: восемь метрик, пять состояний и лестница if-ов. Эта схема два года зарабатывала банку его копейки — и умерла не от наивности.

Политика одинакового источника Same-Origin Policy (SOP) долгое время считалась надёжным барьером, защищающим пользователей от несанкционированного взаимодействия между сайтами. Однако атака DNS Rebinding демонстрирует, как можно обойти эту защиту, эксплуатируя особенности работы DNS-резолверов и доверие браузера к неизменности IP-адреса за доменным именем.

Эта атака эксплуатирует особенности разрешения DNS-имён и поведение браузеров с целью обхода механизма SOP и получения доступа к ресурсам, которые должны быть недоступны извне – к веб-интерфейсам локальных сервисов, IoT-устройств или внутренних административных панелей.

В данной статье мы не только разберём теоретическую основу атаки, но и на практике воспроизведём её в контролируемой среде, чтобы наглядно показать, как внешний сайт может перетянуть браузер жертвы на localhost.

Лето, многие хотят выглядеть ярче и уникальней, и сейчас для этого есть, пожалуй, множество возможностей — маркетплейсы предлагают большой ассортимент текстильных изделий, позволяющих обеспечить свою уникальность.

Однако при таком подходе, с покупкой относительно массового изделия, всегда есть шанс, что уникальность будет относительной, так как это все равно серийные промышленные изделия, выпускающиеся некоторыми партиями…

И именно поэтому во всех областях (не только текстильных) ценится понятие «кастомности» — то бишь уникального изделия, зачастую ручного труда.

И сегодня мы поговорим о некоторых подходах, как этого можно добиться неожиданными способами, которыми, как ни странно, почти никто из «кастомайзеров» не идёт — но не потому, что это невозможно, а просто потому, что никто до этого, похоже, не додумался. :-)

Итак…

Все началось не с желания построить «умный дом», а с обычной вентиляции. После переезда в новую квартиру я хотел решить одну конкретную задачу — обеспечить нормальный воздухообмен и контроль качества воздуха. Но приточная установка с RS-485 быстро потянула за собой остальное: контроль CO₂, защиту от протечек, управление светом и шторами, Алису, Zigbee и планы на Home Assistant.

В статье расскажу, как из управления приточкой постепенно выросла автоматизация всей квартиры, какие решения пришлось добавлять уже после ремонта и с какими особенностями RS-485 я столкнулся на практике.

С 1 сентября 2026 года прием цифрового рубля становится обязанностью — пока не для всех, а для первой волны: выручка свыше 120 млн ₽ за 2025 год и эквайринг в системно значимом банке, оба условия одновременно. Для компании с розничными продажами или подпиской для физлиц это вопрос не идеологии, а интеграции: обновить ПО кассы или платежного сервиса под универсальный QR-код, а с 1 января 2027 года заложить комиссию 0,3%, но не больше 1500 ₽ за операцию. Отдельный слой — бухгалтерия: Минфин предложил три варианта учета, и выбор между счетом 53, субсчетом к 55 и аналитикой на 51 нужно закрепить в учетной политике.

Разбираю, кого касается волна 1, почему проверять нужно банк эквайринга, а не расчетного счета, что делать после закрытия открытого списка банков — участников платформы и как цифровой рубль ложится в проводки.

Я CTO в Арлифте — мы сдаём в аренду и продаём спецтехнику: подъёмники, мини-краны и вакуумные захваты. Наши машины работают на стройках Газпрома, Росатома, Сибура. Меняли стеклопакет на небоскрёбе Лахта весом в 2,1 тонны. Мы остекляли и помогали строить Москва-Сити. 25 городов, 3 страны, оборот 6 млрд в год и основной стек — платформа 1С и Битрикс24.

С 2021 года компания начала развивать новое направление — аренду AWP (самоходных подъёмных платформ для подъёма людей на высоту). Раньше такой техники на рынке почти не было, но она быстро стала востребованной в строительной отрасли. Арлифт начал импортировать AWP из Китая и за 5 лет сформировал собственный арендный парк более чем из 2000 машин. За последние три года оборот компании вырос в 10 раз!

Мы очень сильно и быстро выросли: компания открыла много новых филиалов, количество заказов увеличилось в 3 раза. И у меня, как у руководителя ИТ, возникли сложности:

— Мы жили в мире разработки 1С, где нет таких процессов, как оценка фичи, код-ревью, автоматизированное и регрессионное тестирование и так далее. Обычный процесс — заказчик принёс фичу, я или аналитик пишем ТЗ, а разработчик реализует задачу.

— Нас засыпали фичами, бэклог разросся на десятичные порядки. Аналитики брали фичи по тому, какая им нравится, или по тому, где есть личные отношения с заказчиками, а не то, что было реально нужно аналитикам или бизнесу.

— Сроки реализации никто точно не знал. Это приводило к конфликтам с бизнесом: мы не могли ничего обещать и ответить на входе, сколько фича будет делаться. Говорили: «Как будет, так будет».

Чтобы хоть как-то управлять процессом, решили использовать модуль Скрам в нашей тикет-системе Битрикс24. Это позволило начать планирование спринтов, но я не чувствовал, что управляю бизнес-бэклогом. Да и что происходит в разработке, было непонятно.

В тот момент у меня возник синдром самозванца: я чувствовал себя скорее аналитиком и архитектором, чем руководителем отдела разработки.

Что делать? Для начала — то, что раньше держалось на негласных договорённостях, надо было приводить в порядок и делать управляемыми процессами.

За 2 года я пересобрал принципы работы, и получилось обещать и чётко выполнять сроки внутренним заказчикам, реалистично оценивать важность фичей, не пропускать стратегические вещи, контролировать, кто над чем и насколько эффективно работает, прямо реально видеть каждый статус каждой задачи. И бизнес, и я, и команда почувствовали, что стало понятнее и лучше.

Сейчас расскажу, как.

За месяц восемь почтовых ящиков отправили 6021 письмо по 2107 компаниям, и с этого объема пришло 204 ответа и 19 квалифицированных лидов, при этом баунс так и остался на четырех процентах, а из строя за все время не вышел ни один ящик. Пишу для тех, кто отвечает за лидогенерацию в узком B2B-сервисе и приглядывается к холодному аутричу как к дополнительному каналу. Маркетинговую часть я тут почти опущу и разберу инженерную: как считали дневные лимиты, чем и по сколько грели ящики, зачем городили домены-двойники и как ответы уходили в CRM, минуя ручной разбор почты.

I am in southern Sweden to explore Söderåsen national park, established in 2001 to protect more than 1,600 hectares (4,000 acres) of the larger Söderåsen ridgeline. Shaped over millennia by immense geological collisions, fractures, volcanic eruptions and ice ages, today it is one of northern Europe’s largest continuous protected broadleaf forests, and only 90 minutes by car from Copenhagen or, in my case, two hours by public transport.

This survival thriller-horror starts in “what would you do?” mode, as a young woman wakes up in the back of a moving camper van with some sort of hideous wound on her arm. Well, what would you do? Lena (Dakota Gorman) approaches things fairly logically, first checking out her surroundings: under other circumstances the trailer would be quite charming, if slightly kitschy – floral curtains, varnished wooden panels, a “World’s Greatest Dad” mug and family photographs. Closer inspection reveals less homely details: conspiracy magazines and lurid novels, which in the presumed abduction scenario in which Lena finds herself, are hardly reassuring.

When a disembodied voice begins to communicate with her, telling her that she has an hour to get to hospital before the veiny trails progressing from the wound on her arm reach her heart, she asks reasonable questions, which are met with cryptic replies and evasive half answers. The voice is emanating from the head of a taxidermised coyote type of beastie mounted on the wall, and it’s pretty clear this is the voice of the driver and apparent kidnapper. Naturally, the full situation is a little more layered than it initially seems.

In an arguably unnecessary attempt at myth-busting, a psychologist has revealed that talking to yourself can be a healthy sign that says positive things about your mental state.
