The English Football League is investigating allegations that Sheffield United’s owner, the American investment group COH Sports, has formed a new parent company for the club to avoid paying £35m owed to the previous owner, Prince Abdullah.

COH Sports, led by Steven Rosen and Helmy Eltoukhy, agreed a deal to buy United from the Saudi Arabian for about £100m in December 2024 and paid the first instalment of about £30m shortly after, but is alleged to have been late in paying the second instalment and missed two subsequent payments due this year. Abdullah’s investment vehicle, United World, issued a winding-up petition in the high court against COH Sports this week and has taken its concerns to the EFL and the Independent Football Regulator.

Although I’ve edited thousands of football photographs over the years, I’ve never attended a World Cup match. I envy those who get to be pitchside with their cameras for such big events. Yet, as I’ve discovered during this tournament, you don’t have to be there to create experimental images of the tournament.

Slit-scanning is an alternative photographic process that I first tried many years ago. Using a narrow slit inside an analogue camera, the photographer winds a roll of film past the aperture to record the flow of time. It’s a tricky and laborious technique which produces curiously distorted results – almost like celebrating the problem of “rolling shutter”, which has vexed photographers for generations.

sizeof(Mutex<()>) в Rust 1.61 на Linux был 40 байт. В Rust 1.62 он стал 5 (точнее, 8 с учётом выравнивания, но базовый overhead 5).

За уменьшением размера в восемь раз стоит полная переписка стандартного Mutex с pthread на futex напрямую, ускорение uncontended locks в 2-3 раза, и десятилетие, которое стандартный Mutex провёл в роли «возьми parking_lot, std::sync::Mutex медленный».

Сегодня заглянем под капот всей этой темы, разберём, что лежит внутри std::sync::Mutex после 1.62, какой алгоритм там используется, почему он на самом деле быстрее pthread, как устроен fairness (точнее, его отсутствие), зачем нужен poisoning, и в каких случаях parking_lot всё ещё имеет смысл тащить в зависимости. Заодно вернёмся к моей старой async-статье и поясним конкретнее, почему в async-задачах std::sync::Mutex это проблема, и при чём тут вообще futex.

Представьте ситуацию: вы сделали хороший продукт, вы уверены в его нужности, вы можете часами рассказывать про его архитектуру, функции, интеграции и пользовательские сценарии. Но на встрече с потенциальным клиентом вас спрашивают: «Сколько это нам принесет денег?», «За сколько времени окупится?», «Вы гарантируете финансовый эффект?». И тут оказывается, что рассказ про функциональность закончился, а ваши собеседники вообще не услышали того, что хотели.

В этом небольшом цикле статей я постараюсь поделиться своим более чем пятнадцатилетним опытом оценки экономической эффективности ИТ-решений и подготовки бизнес-кейсов внедрений, полученным в процессе работы в роли пресейл-архитектора и отраслевого эксперта у международных и отечественных вендоров корпоративного ПО,. В качестве примера я использую знакомую многим область – управление ТОиР (так же известное как ТОРО). Но логика подхода универсальна: меняются только исходные показатели и драйверы эффекта.

Я главный режиссёр и руковожу внутренним продакшеном одного из центральных каналов. Каждый месяц моя команда производит около 400 видеозадач. Это проморолики, фирменные заставки, партнёрский маркетинг и контент для соцсетей канала.

Вообще продакшен — это далеко не про творчество и свободу. Мы работаем в жёстких дедлайнах, потому что телек живёт по секундам. За ошибку и срыв сроков может прилететь гигантский штраф. Поэтому не потерять задачу — и есть главная задача.

При этом люди в индустрии (а я руковожу 40 сотрудниками) — довольно специфичные. Их нельзя просто засунуть в скучный таскер. И мы постоянно уязвимы перед человеческим фактором. Когда пайплайн длинный, а управление размазано по чатам и таблицам, — задачи неизбежно виснут и теряются.

В 2026 году ретейл одновременно внедряет кассы самообслуживания, программы лояльности, видеоаналитику и ИИ для прогноза спроса — и при этом каждая третья сеть в России работает на инфраструктуре, которая не выдержит серьезного сбоя. У 30% компаний устаревшее оборудование, еще у 20% — хронический дефицит ИТ-специалистов, способных поддерживать эту инфраструктуру.

Получается нестыковка: сложные цифровые проекты запускают на инфраструктуре, которая не справляется даже с рутиной. Первой страдает техподдержка магазинов. Не потому что в ней работают плохие специалисты, а потому что система, которую они поддерживают, давно перестала помещаться в модель «свой айтишник в офисе».

Разберем, как устроена зрелая модель ИТ-поддержки распределенной сети, что входит в сопровождение и какие SLA (Service Level Agreement, соглашение об уровне сервиса) имеет смысл закладывать.

Вы наняли разработчиков, сделали продукт, оформили аккредитацию Минцифры — и выдохнули: пониженные взносы, налог на прибыль 5%, отсрочка от армии для команды, льготная ипотека. А через год приходит уведомление, что компания рискует вылететь из реестра. Не потому, что вы перестали писать код. А потому, что вовремя не подали заявление на ежегодное подтверждение, не уследили за профильной долей выручки или забыли продлить одно согласие. Именно так в июне 2026 года почти 3000 ИТ-компаний оказались на грани потери статуса — на ровном месте, без единой проверки.

Аккредитация — это не диплом на стену, а ежегодный экзамен на соответствие критериям. Получить статус технически не так сложно. Но после получения начинается постоянная работа по соблюдению критериев, и это не разовая ежегодная формальность. Иначе статус и все привязанные к нему льготы могут быть отменены «задним числом». В этом материале разбираем, как получить аккредитацию ИТ-компании в 2026 году и, что важно, как её не потерять — потому что спотыкаются почти все именно на удержании.

Вайб-кодинг, или AI-assisted development, отлично работает на уровне прототипа: агент получает текстовое ТЗ и быстро собирает первый рабочий вариант. Но в корпоративной разработке этого мало.

Проблема начинается там, где нужно не просто написать код, а собрать полноценное корпоративное приложение. В Джеймикс между «экран открылся» и «система действительно работает как надо» лежит пропасть.

В какой-то момент мы задались вопросом: можно ли научить ИИ-агента проходить этот путь самостоятельно? Можно, если собрать вокруг него харнесс (англ. harness). Именно о нем статья.

В Джеймикс мы строим этот мост как инженерный харнесс: набор скиллов, инструментов и проверок, который помогает довести работающий прототип до реально работающей системы. Для его строительства мы используем агентную платформу KodaCode (далее — Koda) в собственной разработке на Джеймикс и регулярно гоняем ее на бенчмарках. Если оценивать по делу, Jmix-задачи агент решает уверенно. Разброс от сессии к сессии есть, мы видим его в собственных прогонах, и строгие pass/fail-бенчмарки его даже преувеличивают. Поэтому ставка не на идеального агента: обвязка и контроль не дают этому разбросу попасть в ваш продакшен. Это SKILLS.md под Джеймикс, преднастроенные инструменты и проверки на выходе. 

Ниже разберем шесть составляющих такого харнесса. Мы собрали их в KodaCode для Jmix-проектов: пакет навыков, преднастроенные инструменты и проверки на выходе. Это можно собрать самостоятельно, но на практике такой путь занимает месяцы проб и ошибок.

Идея в том, что спрашивать у Алисы про температуру на улице или уровень CO2 в комнате - быстро надоедает. Гораздо удобнее, когда есть железка с экраном и для оценки ситуации достаточно одного взгляда.

Уточню, что речь именно про получение информации с реальных датчиков, подключенных к Яндекс Станции, а не про прогноз погоды.

Проблема в том, что Яндекс для своего УДЯ не предлагает никакого экрана мониторинга и управления, кроме приложения для Android/iOS и web-интерфейса, а у других производителей, как правило, они не просто есть, но и есть из чего выбрать.

Это уже третья и, думаю, последняя статья на данную тему. Я сделал все, что хотел, так что дальше развивать этот проект не планирую. Но если потребуется исправить какие-то ошибки или мне попадется еще какая-нибудь интересная железка, то все возможно ;)

Когда ко мне обратился производитель хозяйственных металлоконструкций, у него уже был успешный опыт продаж на Wildberries. Но на Ozon всё оказалось совсем иначе: компания терпела убытки, несмотря на хороший ассортимент и опыт работы с маркетплейсами.

Разбираясь в ситуации, мы обнаружили сразу несколько проблем: слабые карточки товаров, непонимание принципов работы площадки и новые правила логистики, которые серьёзно влияли на экономику продаж.

Мы полностью переработали карточки товаров, улучшили их для поиска и сделали ставку на продвижение самых перспективных позиций, которые могли «потянуть» за собой остальные продажи.

В результате кликабельность карточек выросла в два раза, а компания получила дополнительно 3,8 млн рублей прибыли в месяц. В этом кейсе я покажу четыре шага, которые помогли перевести бизнес на Ozon из убыточного в прибыльный.
