В ИТ-проектах я всё чаще вижу новую норму: когда руководитель проекта, заказчик или HR рассматривает специалиста в команду, он уже не ограничивается присланным резюме. Гораздо проще открыть ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek или другую привычную модель и спросить: «Что известно об этом человеке как о профессионале?» И вот здесь начинается самое интересное: машина собирает ответ не из того, что человек хотел о себе рассказать, а из того, что о нём действительно осталось в цифровой среде.

Для зрелого специалиста это создаёт совершенно новую проблему. Можно иметь двадцать лет опыта, десятки сложных проектов и сильную профессиональную репутацию — и при этом обнаружить, что в цифровом мире вся эта история существует разрозненными кусками. Резюме сообщает должности, профиль показывает выбранное представление, цифровой след хранит отдельные события, но ни один из этих элементов сам по себе ещё не доказывает профессиональную способность. Чем легче с помощью ИИ написать безупречное резюме, тем важнее становится другое: можно ли восстановить путь от заявленной компетенции к реальной задаче, личному действию, результату и подтверждению.

Именно с этого вопроса у меня началось исследование профессионального цифрового профиля, которое в итоге привело к гораздо более широкой идее — доказательной цифровой профессиональной карты. Она нужна не для того, чтобы громче рассказывать о себе, а для того, чтобы самому управлять своей профессиональной историей: связывать проекты, роли, результаты и доказательства, сохранять границы раскрытия и не оставлять машине право додумывать отсутствующие связи. Теперь же обсудим ситуацию, когда проблема рождается на этапе создания ещё до выпуска модели на рынок и устранить её впоследствии невозможно.

В моем случае признаки были стабильными и конкретными. Где-то в верхней середине начинался участок, который звенел у меня в ушах, и у этого участка была отчётливо слышимая нижняя граница. Ниже неё звучание оставалось нормальным, однако начиная с определённой ноты появлялись неприятные ощущения, причём всегда на одних и тех же частотах. Из-за этого вместо отдыха от повседневного шума я проводил время, внимательно прислушиваясь к недостаткам воспроизведения. Итогом становились напрасно потраченное время, повышенная усталость и выход из комнаты раздражённым.

В этой статье я хочу рассмотреть конструктивные решения, влияющие на звук, показать, почему эквализация здесь неэффективна, и подсказать как прогнозировать последствия таких решений исходя из общедоступной информации.

После нескольких таких запусков я пришла к выводу, что спор «вебинар или видео» в 2026 году сформулирован не совсем правильно. Покупатель выбирает не столько формат. Он выбирает, сколько собственного времени и общения с продавцом готов потратить, чтобы принять решение.

Классическая корпоративная воронка часто выглядит примерно так: Хотите посмотреть продукт? Оставьте заявку → менеджер позвонит → договоримся о времени → проведем демонстрацию.

С точки зрения продавца все логично. Компания получила контакт и может начинать продажу. С точки зрения покупателя еще ничего не произошло, а обязательств уже довольно много. Ему нужно оставить данные, дождаться звонка, договориться о времени и выделить место в календаре. И только после этого он наконец увидит интерфейс. На Маркетплейсе это особенно заметно. Рядом находятся другие продукты, часть из которых можно изучить немедленно. Поэтому индивидуальная демонстрация не должна быть единственным способом увидеть продукт.

In this fragmented but supposedly mild country, watching and talking about the weather forecast is meant to be a reassuring, unifying activity. Collectively, we have created and maintained a national climate narrative of small disappointments and pleasures. The first weather forecaster to appear on British TV, George Cowling, made his debut on the BBC in January 1954, predicting that “tomorrow would be rather windy”, but “a good day to hang out the washing”. For most of the 72 years since, such brief, carefully calibrated broadcasts have provided people from Aberdeen to Penzance with practical information, small talk and minor grumbles about essentially the same situation: living in a country where the weather is constantly changing, in a paradoxically unchanging way.

Yet like the traditional British climate, that common weather culture may now be evaporating. “Met Office considers issuing red ‘extreme heat warning’ across Britain while nation enjoys ‘incredible summer’,” said the headline above the forecast on the GB News website on Monday, caught between terror and delight at the latest heatwave. As the climate crisis has affected this country in more and more unmistakable but uneven ways, TV weather forecasters have increasingly struggled to find the right language to describe this transformation’s daily consequences. Their struggle influences and exemplifies that of many Britons to understand, and work out what we think about, the apparent end of the weather patterns we expected to shape our whole lives.

Илон Маск как одержимый выпускает на рынок все новые модели своей нейронной сети Grok, и 12 августа уже стала доступной версия 4.6, но, хотя он постоянно подчеркивает, что его детище является максимально правдивым ИИ, правдивость ответов Grok в некоторых случаях не обеспечивает. Это не случайно – в модели содержится принципиальный дефект – она не владеет научными правилами отличия правды от лжи и заблуждений. Чтобы исправить этот дефект, к алгоритмам обучения SFT и RL следует добавить новый – НРД.

Несколько лет назад Илон Маск захотел создать альтернативу ChatGPT – нейросеть TruthGPT, в которой упор был бы сделан на поиск правды, однако что-то пошло не так, и у него получилась в 2023 году нейросеть Grok, у которой из-за минимальной цензуры существует значительный риск воспроизведения непроверенных данных, поэтому ее пользователям рекомендуют обязательно проверять факты.

Тем не менее, сам Илон Маск постоянно подчеркивает, что его детище является максимально правдивым ИИ, даже если эта истина иногда противоречит общепринятой точке зрения или политкорректности. Да и название нейросети, которое взято из романа Роберта Хайнлайна «Чужак в чужой стране», там использовалось в смысле интуитивного, глубинное понимание чего-либо. То есть претензии на правду остались, несмотря на другое название.

Маск считает, в частности, что другие нейросети содержат скрытые элементы идеологии разнообразия, равенства и инклюзивности (DEI), а это представляет серьезную угрозу, так как ИИ может из-за этого принимать неверные решения. Например, если ИИ научить, что разнообразие является единственным приемлемым результатом, то нейросеть может сказать, что у власти слишком много белых парней, и их надо просто казнить. А если, допустим, запрограммировать ИИ думать, что неправильное определение пола – это худшее, что может произойти, тот, чтобы гарантировать, что неправильное определение пола никогда не произойдет, решит просто уничтожить всех людей, так как это сведет к нулю  вероятность неправильного определения пола.

David Hockney was 29 years old when he came to Betty Freeman’s house to photograph her swimming pool. Scouting locations for the pool paintings that would make him a household name, he took preparatory snaps of his partner, Peter Schlesinger, emerging naked from the water. And yet something about his aloof and quietly eccentric host, who dusted the hunting trophies while a handsome young man padded around her patio in the altogether, intrigued the artist. Completed a year later, Beverly Hills Housewife (1966/7) shows a beautiful woman standing outside a beautiful house. The scene is lit by an unbroken sun, her blond bob is undisturbed by any breeze, a lush fern sets off her popping pink dress. She is surrounded by the symbols of mid-century American prosperity: a chair by Le Corbusier, a tasteful modernist sculpture. We don’t need the title to know the place and time, because Hockney’s paintings have come to define them in our imagination: shimmering water and scattered light, bright colours and reflective surfaces, a clean and impassive contentment.

Insurer Aviva said it is helping customers affected by the wildfires near Stourbridge in the West Midlands, but said the fires were “not material” for the company, my colleague Joanna Partridge reports.

Aviva’s chief executive, Amanda Blanc, told reporters the company had been in contact with its customers “to make sure they’re in alternative accommodation”, adding: “It must be absolutely horrendous for those customers that have had their homes destroyed by fire.”

“In the longer term, we’re always obviously looking at the pricing models around exposure management, about what more we could do, about how we can actually help customers to prevent some of these events. Are there things that you can build into properties that will actually mitigate some of these events, I’m thinking particularly of flooding. That is an area where we are working on resilience, so we can help our customers be better prepared for when these events happen.”

Second world war paintings and sketches show novelist ‘engaging with her world in a new light’

For decades, they lay in a secret room in her attic gathering dust. Now, newly discovered artworks by the Booker prize-winning author Iris Murdoch – including the only self-portrait she is known to have painted, four surrealist landscape paintings and three sketches of female nudes – will go on display for the first time on Friday.

The artworks were created at the start of the second world war when Murdoch was a student at Oxford. They expose her early interest in surrealism and fascination with the naked female form.

Haldensee is a clear, sparkling cold lake located at the bottom of the Tannheimer Tal valley in the Austrian Alps (about 90 miles south-west of Munich). We visited last year, just when summer was on its way out, and it was too cold to skinny-dip in the lake (unless you were very brave). Nonetheless, if you’re a hiker, a ski lift takes you up into the Allgäu Alps where you can walk through dense forest to Bad Kissinger Hütte serving refreshing apfelschorle, warming soups and seasonal bakes to refuel for the journey downhill. When going down, we were accompanied by tinkling cattle, ambling along the mountain-side springs, which made the experience so much more memorable.

It’s raining in Melbourne as I write this, and on my way to work I saw pale pink earthworms everywhere, scattered and exposed all over the footpath like soft-bodied streamers.

Second world war paintings and sketches show novelist ‘engaging with her world in a new light’

For decades, they lay in a secret room in her attic gathering dust. Now, newly discovered artworks by the Booker prize-winning author Iris Murdoch – including the only self-portrait she is known to have painted, four surrealist landscape paintings and three sketches of female nudes – will go on display for the first time on Friday.

The artworks were created at the start of the second world war when Murdoch was a student at Oxford. They expose her early interest in surrealism and fascination with the naked female form.
