По факту — это тот случай, когда пара строчек в списке изменений экономит часы рутины трассировщику и разработчику КД. Что изменилось, зачем это нужно и на что обратить внимание при обновлении?

Завод теряет деньги не в момент поломки, а пока инженер ищет ответ на вопрос «почему». Заменить подшипник — полчаса; понять, что подшипник убила заявка на ТО, отложенная два месяца назад, — часы, и именно эти часы стоят дороже всего. По данным Siemens, незапланированный простой обходится 500 крупнейшим компаниям мира в $1,4 трлн в год, а средний крупный завод теряет 27 часов в месяц.

Казалось бы, вот задача для корпоративного RAG-ассистента. Но обычный RAG здесь проваливается структурно: он ищет похожее по тексту, а первопричина цехового инцидента почти никогда не похожа на симптом. Аларм «потеря мастеринга оси» и наряд «замена батарей энкодера», отложенный 67 дней назад из-за отсутствия ЗИП, — для семантического поиска это разные вселенные. В итоге ассистент уверенно советует «перемастерить ось и продолжить» — симптом снят, причина осталась, при следующем отключении питания линия встанет снова.

Разбираю EventRAG — архитектуру, которая учит RAG работать с потоками событий из PLC, MES, Historian и CMMS: каждое событие получает явный временной якорь, поверх строится причинный граф знаний, а поиск идёт от симптома назад по причинным связям — и вытягивает настоящий корень с последнего места выдачи выше всех отвлекающих сигналов. Представьте себе высоконагруженный сервис, который решает, с какого из множества складов нужно отправить товар покупателю. В пике через него проходит около 600 000 RPS, а строгий SLA требует ответа в пределах 50 мс. Для расчёта нужно за минимальное время выбрать оптимальный склад с учётом остатков, доступности и других данных, которые хранятся в разных микросервисах и их базах данных.

Первое, что приходит на ум, — обратиться к этим сервисам по API во время запроса и получить всё необходимое для расчёта. Но один запрос может затрагивать сотни и даже тысячи складов, не считая связанных сущностей. Такое число сетевых вызовов быстро превысит SLA и приведёт к клиентским таймаутам. Сетевые запросы к мастер-системам в нашем случае — непозволительная роскошь, поэтому мы вынуждены держать слепок данных прямо в памяти подов. А значит, появляется новая проблема: как быстро и надёжно доставлять постоянно меняющиеся данные из мастер-систем в оперативную память сотен подов.

Техническое интервью — один из самых неоднозначных этапов инженерного найма. От него ждут точной оценки навыков, но часто всё упирается в опыт конкретного интервьюера: какие вопросы он задаёт, как трактует ответы, где проводит границу между грейдами и как потом формулирует фидбек.

Для кандидата это один этап. Для компании — процесс, который может меняться от встречи к встрече.

Летом 2024 года мы в Островке увидели это на практике: внутри одного направления технические интервью проходили по-разному. Дело было не в уровне собеседующих: встречи проводили люди, которые хорошо знают свои команды и роли. Просто навык интервьюирования долго передавался как инженерный фольклор — посиди рядом, послушай старшего, потом попробуй сам.
